These terms apply to 1gc.online, to the games published by 1GC Studios on Roblox, and to our official community spaces. By using any of them you agree to these terms.
1. About us
1GC Studios is an independent game studio. Our games are distributed through Roblox, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
2. Who can use our services
You must follow the terms of the platforms you reach us through, including the Roblox Terms of Use and the Discord Terms of Service, and meet their minimum age requirements. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use our services.
3. Our games
Our games are provided through Roblox and are free to play. We update them regularly and may add, change, rebalance or remove features, items, odds and rewards at any time. Games labelled Beta are still in development: they may contain bugs, and progress may occasionally need to be adjusted or reset. We will announce any reset in advance where we reasonably can.
4. Virtual items and purchases
In-game currency, cards, planes and other items are virtual. You receive a limited licence to use them inside the game; they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Optional purchases are made with Robux and processed by Roblox, and refunds are handled under Roblox's policies. Buying, selling or trading our in-game items or accounts for real money, or for anything outside the game, is not allowed.
5. Codes, events and rewards
Codes, events and giveaways are offered at our discretion and may be limited, changed or ended at any time. Each code can be redeemed once per account unless stated otherwise. Rewards obtained through bugs, exploits or abuse may be removed.
6. Fair play
You agree not to:
- use exploits, cheats, scripts, macros or automation that give an unfair advantage;
- abuse bugs instead of reporting them;
- scam, impersonate or harass other players or staff;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our games, website or systems.
We may warn, restrict, reset or ban accounts that break these rules, in our games and in our community.
7. Community conduct
Our Community Guidelines apply in our games and in our Discord server and form part of these terms.
8. Videos and streams
You are welcome to record, stream and publish videos of our games, and to monetise them through the usual platform programmes. Please do not suggest that your content is official or endorsed by us unless we have agreed to it, and do not use our games to promote scams, cheats or content that breaks our guidelines.
9. Intellectual property
The 1GC Studios name and logo, and the original code, designs and content of our games and website, belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the permission for videos above, you may not copy, redistribute or reuse them without our written consent. Other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Disclaimer
Our website and games are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will always be available, error-free or unchanged, and we do not guarantee that any item, feature or progress will be kept permanently.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, 1GC Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, virtual items or progress, arising from your use of our website, games or community. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. If you continue to use our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
