Are your games free?
Yes. Every 1GC Studios game is free to play on Roblox. Some offer optional purchases made with Robux through Roblox.
I bought something and did not receive it.
Rejoin the game first, since most purchases are granted on your next join. If it is still missing, open a ticket on our Discord with your Roblox username and the time of purchase. Refunds themselves are handled by Roblox.
I lost progress or data.
Open a ticket on our Discord with your Roblox username, what is missing and roughly when it happened. Games marked Beta can change quickly, and we will always announce any reset in advance.
How do I report an exploiter?
Post in the bugs-and-reports channel on our Discord, or open a ticket if you would rather report privately. A screenshot or clip and the player's username help us act quickly.
Can I make videos about your games?
Yes, and we would love to see them. You are welcome to record, stream and monetise videos of our games. Ask on our Discord about the Content Creator role.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
See our Privacy Policy. In short: open a ticket on our Discord with your Roblox username and we will remove the game data we hold for it.
